Welcome to the Collabberry prototype!
This document is intended to help you onboard into the Collabberry prototype.

Collabberry is a tool that allows for continuous and dynamic compensation based on your teams actual contribution, empowering collaboration. It uses a decentralized compensation model based on round-based assessments. In each round, team members assess those they worked with during that period.

To get started, we’ll need a few details from you to set everything up:

Your organizations name
Your agreement
Your teams agreements
Agreement template
Agreement example

What is your compensation cycle?
Weekly
Bi-Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Decide on a date for first assessment

Which will be the performance adjustment rate?
This is the minimum or maximum percentage by which the compensation can increase or decrease. We recommend using 20% as a balanced value.
