Program Justification:
With the established framework of roles, offices & bounties established in Season 2, we saw improved organization, note-taking, coordination of talent and the of remuneration for guild contribution.
The labor of the renewed roles & bounties are necessary for the continued organization of the guild and ultimately the progress of the DAO.
Program Terms
The following programs would be renewed and exist for Season 3 (13 weeks) and require renewal or otherwise be more firmly instantiated. (see also Season 3 Funding Request)
Guild Organizer Office

Talent Coordinator Office
  • 130,000 BANK
POAP Manager Role
  • 26,000 BANK
Scribe Bounties
  • 1,000 BANK per meeting
  • 13,000 BANK total
Notes
In Season 3, we recommend establishing a Guild Constitution to more formally institute permanent roles and their election cycles, to formally define membership, and to create a governance architecture that is both durable and flexible.
