Short Bio
I’m focused on the wisdom of the crowds and having companies leverage communities. In Crypto, there is a wider design space for these issues because community members can also be owners, contributors and voting members. As I research this, I want to see if any of these findings can be incorporated into Ourmada.xyz, a modular web3 platform for all of off-chain Ops work for blockchain projects.

My journey so far:
I’m focused on the wisdom of the crowds and having companies leverage communities. In Crypto, there is a wider design space for these issues because community members can also be owners, contributors and voting members. As I research this, I want to see if any of these findings can be incorporated into Ourmada.xyz, a modular web3 platform for off-chain Ops work for blockchain projects.

A bit about myself:
I have been working on Ourmada for almost a year. Before that, I lead growth at Pocket Network and was an active community member in MakerDAO. Before my web3 experience, I worked at tech companies in Ops roles and in finance companies in an investment roles. Before all of that, I lived in Mongolia and taught English for 3 years.

Core principles:
1) Transparency
- The whole reason I was drawn to crypto was transparency. The rules of the game change when all the players can see everything going on.
2) Collaboration
- I am drawn to decentralized groups like RnDAO, Coordinape and Pocket Network because of strength of a network.
3) Power of the crowds
- I highly recommend James Surowiecki’s Wisdom of the Crowds to understand the power of what happens when you get many people looking at the same thing.
