Azeem - leveling up a ton as partnerships lead and predominantly focused on conversations with partners and closing them, driving larger strategic intiatives
Drew and Juanna are connecting with partners and managing hubspot.
The ideal is going to include verticals so we can start tracking what groups are resonating most with Gitcoin, include proposed dates for rounds to run and names of rounds that will auto-ping ops/ product so we all know what is running when.
Connor is making a lot of progress with mapping out services and connecting with current partners
and we're starting to be realistic of what revenue can look like there and how big the "to financial sustainability gap is"
It's making it super apparent how far away we are from sustainably funding ourselves with just services vs other methods.
Ben is running ship with grantee engagement for the round with Madison and it's been great to see them map this all out
