15 GTC to mint Polyheads NFT's and set as a reward this way we can have 3-4 NFT's raffle to make more hype and appreciate and effort for our fellow Memelords.

DJ compensation (currently researching a prize for him) 120 GTC worth reward for 3 months or Shwag voucher.

Video Trailer is currently in process state and the first draft was made by , we definitely want to carry on with video trailers in the future x GTC 100GTC

Proposal.

Objectives/Purpose of Raid:

- Host the Memepalooza event to get a bunch of  quality memes (approx. 100 memes)  from the Memelords

 - Design  memes that are tackling multiple categories of Gitcoin's spectrum (Public goods, Greatest Larp, Moonshot collective, MMM etc). Divide those memes into separate groups, so all those categories can have their own powerful memes to utilize on their own specific platforms. The efficiency of the outcome becomes much more enhanced via such approach. 

- Promote Gitcoin's mission funding public goods and strong Solarpunk ecosystem.  In the past Memepalooza we had approx 60 people attending event and we got around 100 memes out of this session, we want to improve attendance and memes. The mission is to share those memes through the Gitcoin channels like social media. 

 - Increasing the attendance of the event -  1) broadening our community (more people talk/know about Gitcoin and Moonshot Collective , which is an achievement on its own  2) By making the event more popular, we are aiming to carve our niche and make this event famous amongst crypto community, drastically expanding Gitcoin's recognition in the space. 3) Generating more value via creation of bigger volume of memes.

How will we evaluate the event and its success:

Attendance (1st Memepalooza gathered 30 memelords, 2nd and 3rd 60 atttendees). Our ambition is to grow it to 100 memelords by 6th Memepalooza)

Quality and quantity of Memes ( we want. to generate at least 100 memes per event) Our ambition to have at least 500 memes (subdivided into particular categories of Gitcoin's activity spectrum) as a result of series of 3 events.

Pre&Post-event coverage (CT, Discord & other channels) we will aim to invite our attendees to share their experience and memes on various channels, in order to spread the name of Memepalooza and build anticipation for future events

Collecting feedback from attendees/memelords/participants, analysing it and making improvements for future events

Our methods in achieving the objectives:

Using Discord and Twitter as key channels to promote the event. 

Generating series of promotional posts, including promo video where the general vibe of the event expressed in playful and engaging manner.

Reaching out to other DAO's and inviting to collaborate and participate in the event.

Working on incentives to bring in more attendants and make participation attractive not only for a single event, but also long-term.

Tip.Party - 150GTC (we will be using 100GTC pool. In case of increased attendance we will have emergency 50GTC as a backup) 450GTC

Quadratic Diplomacy App probably will be on Polygon soon, but the issue is that it makes sense to vote with an ENS account, not many people have it, My proposal is to do voting only for those who have them. if that's the case 50GTCx3 = 150

Gas cost 0.1ETH

Raider cost per month 150GTC x3(raiders) x3(months) = 1350GTC

Video Trailer 100GTC 

DJ 150GTC worth of goods or anything he asks, he hasn't given any requests, if we won't use this GTC they will be refunded and we will ask for a voucher on Gitcoin store worth 1000$
