- HQ proposal:
- Should we fight for the brand, because the DAO and it’s products will be much smaller without it. A better way forward is closer integration with HQ
- The motivation of some long time contributors has been shaken and probably will not return
- If the brand can be rugged in the future, it’s not sustainable.
- Ultimately we have to convince R&D that it’s good for them, but it is possible for us to do.
- Wen Proposal from HQ? everything is speculation till then
- Lets send them a potential proposal from the DAO side, we probably need to convince their PR team.
- Seems like it’s been assigned to this person from HQ.
- How can we help this person to do her job?
- Proposal Scope:[Build the next generation brand, DAO V2]
- HQ: For profit
- Foundation: Non profit
- DAO:
- Attracting people to bNation? → Subset will go to HQ
- Increase the brand value for those who are not interested in HQ shills
- Paid referral for citizenship?
- Possibly hire bDAO as marketing arm of HQ
- Experiencial arm of the HQ outreach
- Frame this as a business case
- Add hard facts/conversion rates etc
- Who has the energy to continue?
- Generally the DAO needs a re-org, alignment with HQ is a part of the reorg
