  • Coordinating individuals that are reaching out to other DAOs — seems like this is our domain
  • RedVan would like to look into the opportunity to coordinate through DAOLationships

It's difficult to get people involved, engaged, retained in DAOLationships [Int'l]
  • We have tons of opps, not enough bodies to throw at them
  • We also need to be careful not to overcommit (# DAOs per contributor can be a challenge)
  • Getting new folks involved & up to speed is a challenge
    • Need CliffsNotes and more onboarding support
    • Need Inbound team to catch the inbounds and deal with them

  • Toons NFT is pulling a squad together and will have the first draft of a forum proposal by the end of the week - need people on iphone to test the app for us
  • Bitflex Fintech - launching their exchange in new market - Zimbabwe - scope squad assemble & help launch the exchange; possibly Bankless Africa
  • All for climate earth DAO - From the author of Reinventing Organizations (a book about DAO's before they were DAO's). Has an educational MVP series for us, need testers, squad is set up.
    • 3x 90 min sessions for 1 week is the commitment to test their platform - potential future member benefit and huge value add alignment for BDAO. This one is big with big names

  • Polygon Ecosystem DAO - no updates. Having 2-3+ deals submitted a day by my reps for grants, most the genesis team is bankless DAO core contributors, we're all working on it together as genesis members with the help of the polygon advocates.

    • As the new Marketing Guild Coordinator, my main job is recruiting and retaining talent. The main challenge I've been seeing in this DAO and others, is getting enough leaders trained to execute the projects we've been seeing.
    • Krause House DAO has asked me to help with onboarding, so what i'd like to do is find solutions and scale them so all DAOs can tackle this challenge.
    • I've been successful getting a bunch of new members involved in Marketing using Microtasks and Project Owners, and just being the point of contact that everyone knows.
    • KH has a big project that is under wraps right now but they may need media support from Bankless.
    • Also speaking with Aragon about their Hackathon.
    • PieDAO - haven't heard back about marketing campaign

      CRM usage - let's make sure this is easy to use & update. where are people getting hung up?
      • it doesn't provide value (yet) so it's hard to be motivated to put in the time to update it
      • structuring unstructured data isn't terribly intuitive
      • it's not quick-to-use; it's not efficient
      • want a view that just shows me my deals
