2.1 Updates and Carry over action items

- Researched funding sources for Germany and Holland. Web3 and govt
- Started to dev MVP with Fintan. Structure of deliverables
- Chatted to Saydi on viability of micro-funding and other areas for refugees

- US teacher, union member, to be elected to the board of teacher union association with a say on $20bn funds — she is looking to create a DAO for the union.
- SchoolDAO: Spain school with large DB of schools rated to ability to introduce new tech. + intro to professor for connection
- RefugeeDAO: leader of Ukraine refugees in Berlin.
- Contact with Italian schools to present project — need a pitch deck
- Possible new source of funds: Social Impact bonds

- New version of intro letter inc. Looking at our schools 2022 framework
- Meeting with Renzo, should join meeting but missed. His focus is possibly only once funding is available. 15hr presentation for intro to Web3 for school kids — 5x 3hr sittings.
- Ayo on School project in Nigeria — run and elf funded — 3 modules (beginner, intermediate, advanced) 40 hr course during Saturday for kids as well as job seekers. Interested in doing joint projects.
- Work on the MVP with Fabs
- List of potencial VCs and Accelerators we could parent

- What we need to approach schools, via principal, and link it in on how schools progress locally in Ireland.
- Program on student voice and student choice could be a nice way into the process. 4th year project, but hard to get the time of all students. In the 15/16 yr old range we could find more time for them.
- If after school programs also there is a need for supervising teacher — important to consider some of the limits, eg. zoom into someone’s house and how long many hours they could do.
- Potential for opening when teachers are sick/ replacement.
- It seems to Fabs that the max timing we could get is about a 12hr course.
3. Projects

- Mechamism for inviting others to join the group.
- Create a list of resources we are missing. Going forward anyone wants to invite someone to contribute, they should speak to person first, then float idea with rest of the group b4 an invite
- Do we need a web3 dev to advise/join? Aaron to speak with Brent
- We should start developing a road map and giving ourselves clear deadlines.
