What did we do last week?
- Voted in Chrisf.Crypto for Project Coordinator and NFThinker for Secretary
- Discussed addition of Creative Director role
- Layer 0 project moving forward with Dane and netsynq
What are we doing this week?
NFTs
- Crypto Bushi - last auction didn't perform as well as hoped (open + 2 x 1:1 auctions) 1:1 were lowered to 0.3 ETH, going until Thurs / Friday. Excess open editions were burned.
- Next week - working with David Bolt (DAO guest)

- Looking for new artists
- Reinis - working on album and looking at creating a comic + NFT with physical product
Creative Director
- Give Grehale a push for getting proposal done
- If he's not responsive then cart_collector and Reinis would like to take over
- Figma proposal might align well with this proposal.
Remuneration
- Grendel present to discuss changing hourly rate from 250 BANK to 1000 BANK
- Onboard project agreed to increase wage and it was agreed by the DAO
- Translator guild doesn't do hourly remuneration, but rather 500 BANK for each translated doc. Translator 300 and reviewer 200. It is now 1000 BANK for the month of August. Translator 600 and reviewer 400.
- There are 14 languages so translators need to consider payments closely.
- Upping to 1000 will depend on our specific budget.
- Will we have enough especially with the extended season?
- We should align with the rest of the DAO if possible
- Submit weekly hours so we can calculate budget. Submit estimates before Community Call
- Current estimates are 5-10 hours per week for each role
- Should we have a minimum salary for meeting participants? Universal Basic Income?

Academy Requirements
- Academy is forming a graphic design team
- Current graphics are placeholders - they should all be replaced
- Quige is helping Apollo with graphics

- We have moved on to second iterations and client seems happy so far
