Welcome of new members

Cheetah introduced himself and as a law student from India.

Naethaan is an LLM student from US. He might help the newsletter by getting us an interview with Prof. Aaron Wright.

Decentralized Law Newsletter

The deadline for the article remains as 15 December 2021. The newsletter will be published on 22 December 2021.

Our second newsletter is a success with more than 13000 views.

There are three articles already set. One article will also be required.

We are looking for more sponsors and Eagle might approach UMA.

A discussion on the nature of funding took place.

Governance for Next Season

Taxation consultancy will be started during the next season. Lion and Taxpanda are leading the project and are currently preparing the proposal. Taxpanda proposed a model in which the tokenized version of the guide will be a source of revenue.

Omen spoke about running the consultancy service. He stated that requires feedback on how it can be set up.

Ultrasound merch wants to know how to structure a bounty so that legal guild members can help the store to be set up in the US. The idea regarding the entity is still not solved. Eagle proposed that a legal bounty can be set up to research the legal entity aspect.

Eagle and Hiro will prepare the newsletter proposal.

Eagle will be restructuring the roles for the next season and the roles will be optimized.

We can also have a research project for crypto-friendly jurisdictions for digital nomads. (Jenga)

Coordinape

Eagle urged everyone to apply for the Coordinape and Level 1 and Level 2 members can help the guest pass holders.

White Paper

January 7 is the final deadline of the draft to be submitted to the DAO. 24 December deadline is there for writings.
