AGENDA
  1. Welcome
  1. Discussion
    1. Amend payout schedule in Governance Framework to allow for projects to choose their own payout frequency
      1. General consensus is that projects have their processes and operate autonomously accordingly. Should be codified.
    2. Role holder payout frequency?
      1. Weekly salary?
      2. Not paid out weekly necessarily, but rather salaries are calculated on a per week basis.
    3. Discuss Optimistic governance vs. Quorum
      1. async discussion: https://discord.com/channels/834499078434979890/1026990896815800350
      2. One consideration: optimistic governance, unless a note vote occurs, in which case quorum would kick in.
    4. Include a section in the Governance Framework that addresses collaborations, i.e. Good Morning News
      1. Linking to proposal through the Governance Framework
      2. These collaborations are based on shared missions, shared values; this can be used as a starting point for conversations around future collaborations
      3. Benefit in terms of keeping records/archiving
  1. Open Discussion

      1. Moving On-chain
FROM THE GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK:
Potential amendments for future consideration:
  1. Decentralizing Talent Scout responsibilities
    1. Writing/Editing tests
  1. Do you think we should add a section here for definitions - EPA, writing test, editing test, DAO membership, DAO Level 2 Contributor ? e.g.
  1. The following definitions will be useful when reading and applying these governance guidelines.[This could be a separate section: II. Definitions, or could be combined with I. Purpose and Definitions]
  1. Discuss Role expansion and responsibilities
  1. Adding/Removing Roles
  1. Apprenticeships.
  1. What will partnerships with other entities/DAOs look like?

SEASON 5 OBJECTIVES
  1. Formally define SubDAO as it pertains to the Guild
    1. On hold → Does this, in fact, need to be formerly defined?
  1. Work to bring tighter integration between Discord and Commonwealth
    1. On hold → Commonwealth is in active development and may be introducing features that will provide this tighter integration
  1. Develop stronger communication rails with other governance teams within the DAO
  1. Work with Talent Scout to introduce governance as part of the onboarding process. This will include onboarding new members to Commonwealth — In Progress
  1. Guild Governance Accelerator Program — In Progress
  1. Codify process for updating Governance Framework
    1. Currently:
      1. Discussions in Governance Call
      2. Soft Consensus is reached
      3. Proposal is written and posted to Commonwealth.im
      4. If proposal is ratified, Governance Framework is updated
      5. If proposal is denied, proposal returns to Governance Call for discussion
    2. Important points:
      1. We want to allow for anyone to introduce proposals
      2. Proposals will go up on Commonwealth.im for discussion
    3. Codify role nomination processes
      1. Where can we introduce redundancy that is helpful, and how do we manage it? — Frank America
  1. Scribe/Scribbler NFTs — In Progress
