We are very excited for this opportunity and can answer any questions . I attached a slide below that outlines the values we will bring to bankless. A little about our team below: Erin is the WOMS- Wizard :magic_wand:of Misc. Stuff at List of DAOs (hence the Harry Potter Chippi). She is a Co-Founder of the List of DAOs, Creator of the Decentralized Diary and previously was an Occupational Therapy and Director of Clinical Affairs @ a Telehealth company. Education- MS: Occupational Therapy; BS: Social & Behavioral Sciences. John is the “The DA”- Dream Alchemist💡. He is the Co-Founder of List of DAOs and has over 14 years of military service. Education- Bachelor’s: Marketing /Management; Master’s: Leadership & Business Ethics; Master’s: Organizational leadership. Finley is our dog! He is the COBR- Chief of Belly Rubs :dog: at the List of DAOs and is currently Undoxxed a.k.a “undogxed”.
Proposed KPIs
KPI #1- Work to Earn- Per community feedback and the proposal Amendement #1, this proposal will take a hybrid “work to earn” approach. John and Erin will share one membership (35,000) and will work to earn the second membership. The proposal structure is as follows: For every DAO submitted 25 bank will go to the Bankless Member who submitted the addition or removal of the DAO. 75 Bank will go to the second membership for John and Erin until the second membership is reached. (Second Membership) 35,000/75 is approximately 466 DAOs that will be listed. This structure incentivizes the continued progression of listing DAOs and ensures accountability. Measurable-466 DAOs will be added to the list at a minimum with the potential to list 1400 in 4 years (35,000/25) Understandable- 105,000 BANK is requested. Half of this will be given by the grant committe (50% request) 105000/2=52,500 BANK. 35,000 will be used for 1 shared membership. The remaining 17,000 BANK will used to give back to contributors via (collab join tips). Adaptability- 17,000 BANK/100 BANK (25 to Member/75 toward second membership)= 170 DAOs. This means it would take more than one year for John and Erin to earn the second membership which will ensure a commitment! Likewise, if members enjoy the program, a higher BANK could be approved. In total, we will be using 35,000 BANK (1 membership) to give back to community members. 35,000/25=1400 DAOs. We list about a DAO a Day, so this program would last for 1400/365= 3.83 years. They should show progress on your impact (i.e. how you are pursuing the mission 1 of BanklessDAO) or your self-sovereignty (i.e. how prepared you are to stand on your own). As we mentioned in the proposal, Bankless DAO’s values include Education, Integrity, Decentralized Governance, and Culture. We want to bring awareness to all DAOs, provide simple information and education, allow that directory to be supported by members, and do so in a way that helps the web3 community grow and collectively better itself. Our progression will be tracked in the DAOlationships channel. We are extremely prepaid to do this on our own, but want to incentivize/decentralize submissions! We started off with 0 DAOs and now have over 200 DAOs that are listed. Every time a submission is submitted, Erin and I are going to say thank you and acknowledge receipt by tracking it on a transparent submission sheet. We will also show when that member was paid. This gets to our second KPI. KPI #2- CRM “warm introductions”. List of DAOs focuses on relationships and the value that we see is the connection between DAOs and Bankless. We will add warm introductions or entries to Bankless CRM. Measurable-466 DAOs will be added to the list at a minimum with the potential to list 1400 in 4 years (35,000/25). The will be seen via acknowledgments on Discord channels and as entries in Bankless DAOs decentralized CRM. Understandable- They will be contacts (real people) DAOlationships can use to further the Bankless mission and collaborate with. Adaptability- Given that this information will be on the CRM and visible by all it will be very adaptable. DAOlationships members and other guilds could leverage these relationships to further Bankless values/missions. They should show progress on your impact (i.e. how you are pursuing the mission 1 of BanklessDAO) or your self-sovereignty (i.e. how prepared you are to stand on your own). Progress can be tracked via the CRM. We are extremely confident that we can do this as we do this every single day (full time).
