Phase 1: Ideation β Jan β23 to March β23
- Develop the idea of the online platform for learning and self-governance
- Technological assessment and basic integration
- Discovery of available learning resources and development of basic learning program

- Connect with target and conduct primary qualitative research to gain depth of understanding on the needs and problems faced by them

Phase 2: POC β April β23 to Jun β23
- Develop basic deployment of technology for learning platform and self governance.
- decide on software solution and deployment within the limitations of target
- confirm learnings from previous phase and dive deeper into the obstacles to implement the platform
- create a feedback loop with the POC participants
- Select a target location for testing the execution of the platform
- Select a partner for a small scale POC
