Copywriting & Design
  1. Identify which contents of the Weekly Rollup we should push during the week after.
(Content Manager) in #Content Strategy, do this on Monday.
2. Pick 5 (or less) relevant topics
a) Topic 1, 2, 3, 4…
  1. The Content Manager decides which platforms and which assets.
  1. 1 Copywriter and 1 Design work together with the Content Manager for THAT week.
  1. Content deliverables are due on Wednesday and they are reviewed in the Content Strategy meeting. We must determine in what format the deliverables are going to be delivered (should be one page on Notion)
  1. The Content Manager delivers everything to Social Media Coordinator and he delivers to Social Media Operators.
  1. Social Media Operators publish and schedule accordingly.
  1. Social Media Coordinator shares these bounties with Governance to include them in the next payment.
