- Created a draft, lesson #1 almost ready
- Brent and Paolo will review and add finishing touches
- design is a weakness of Paolo, he sucks (By his own admission)
- Exploring platforms for the learning platform, considering for next POC:
- 1.3 Funding
- Spoke with Optomisim, needs to have work upfront then they fund
- Fabs: No news on other funding
- We should start more on the funding front - reach out to more people, its not that easy
- Brent: Need to structure funding process and our business process more
- Fabs: We can get funds upfront now without being 100% complete roadmap. ETH foundation will give 30k without a POC.
- Aaron: Possibly an angle that can fund and help us with monetization

- 3.0 Road map updates:
- 3.1 Interviewing 15 students
- Next week will interview with Reno school kids and kids on a reservation
- 3.2 Legal (different organizational structures analysis)
- Fintan will put together pros and cons of different jurisdictions
- 3.3 Provisional budget
- Fabs, Fintan, and Brent will put some money in
- Ned to set timeline for Provisional budget
- Fabs want to get funding from the ETH Foundation but we don’t know how much it is going to cost and we can draw our budget from the POC
- Fintan: We should still model use of funds to decide our expenses, we should start ASAP
- Will have Monday afternoon to focus on this, Paolo will tag everyone in Seshbot

- Fabs want to have a call with ETH foundation first to introduce it and get feedback for a proper Proposal. Without the completed POC it is hard to make a proper proposal but with eth foundation we could have traction or support by a major entity
