S5 Elections:
- DAO Discord Admin - will create another poll, not anonymous. ✅
- Ops Notion Admin - provide access to Notion within the guild & education for anyone who wants to learn more about Notion
- Maintain and update Ops Notion pages
- Attend weekly notion meetings (1pm US Pacific on Mondays for 1/2 hour)
- Will adjust compensation based on requirements
- Guaranteed a certain amount + bonus subject to outcome of Ops satisfaction survey at the end of the season
- NPS Implementor - was set to go up for election, not showing in discord - does Ella Dane hold both roles (Analyzer & Implementor)?
- Community Call Coordinator -
- Will create a poll to establish comp for this✅, setup nomination poll, and election poll for next week
- In the spirit of previous format, maybe we can have a random selection for updates in addition to those we hear from in the fist 1/2 hour - this way we can hear more from those who don’t always have opportunity to share
- Discussion around the purpose of coordinape as a roundtable topic

- We will switch to new form of Coordinape compensation for next round
- LiviuC has created a spreadsheet to automate the math, and has included the latest round as an example so we can compare
- Anticipating complaints, but this has been implemented according to the vote
- How much give should we provide to each participant now that it’s a DAO-wide circle?
- 3K GIVE? 5K? 10K?
- Greater amounts provide the ability to be more granular about distribution
- Going with 3K for the next round, subject to change based on feedback

Cartography
Create a new multi-sig in order to be able to Bounty out
