- Freedo to edit the guild information documents after getting updates from Lanksss
- Freedo proposed that the guild consider having the talent coordinator instead of a welcome specialist role. He is to create a proposal on it and present it to the guild next week
- Lion suggested we keep track of active members
- daolexa to research on a project and share it for funding
- Oluwasijibomi suggested agendas are made before the meeting so that role holders can edit
