Operational Process
- Ensure the round is over and CLR is toggled off
- Get anti-sybil final results
- Frank run initial calculations
- Match Bsci & Gitcoin results and check for errors
- Settle on final numbers for payouts
- Have select community stewards double check for errors
- Write Governance Brief blog post recommending actions to stewards with final payout amounts (5 days wait)
- Post governance brief link w/ proposal to ratify results (5 days wait) ←— someone needs to write this email in one day
- Post snapshot vote (5 days wait)
- Upon confirmation vote from snapshot
- Turn off CLR for sybils
- Aditya executes calculations
- If email is no longer automated ( i believe we shut that off) then manually send email to all grant creators
