This document outlines the different Team Roles that exist within RnDAO and the Essential Team Responsibilities that a team needs to fulfil for the team to function
General Rules on Roles
Role Appointments and Role Changes process
Role Compensation
Team Roles Descriptions:
Lead (or co-leads): those ultimately responsible for project outcomes.
Project Coach: a member of Research Coordination or Incubation Coordination teams who supports the project.
Contributors: those who have committed to the project (attending weekly syncs, retrospectives, and workshops and working async) and been accepted by the project's Lead.
Supporters: the basic role for anyone joining the channel (through emoji-reaction in Discord).
