Consensus decision: let’s go for simpler, less future-facing. VC and DID is not adopted, too risky. E.g. Ceramic is still not launched, the tech is not there. Let’s focus on the really basic use-cases.
  • EVENTUALLY, we should build a DAOstar extension data model for VC and DID.
 
Backdrop pattern: all DAOs just use token holdings to track membership, but this doesn’t really serve the use-case we care about, that go into more details of contribution and participation. Voting activity is a little bit closer.
 
For next meeting: let’s work explicitly on defining the scope.
Let’s just ship a draft ASAP!
