Welcome of new members

Lawpanda is a US litigation attorney. He is new to Web3 and wants to contribute more.

Please reshare the newsletter. The issue is an improvement as compared to previous issues.

We are interviewing the lexpunk army for the newsletter.

Hiro is looking forward to having two issues a month. He will properly design the workflow by the next meeting. Every issue will have an interview, 3 articles and a few news pieces.

Lion will be writing on the South American developments of Paraguay and el Salvador.

Coysorus will be writing an article on ISDA.

MDLawyer will be writing on metaverse and digital real-estate.

The articles for the first issue of January have been decided. Other ideas can be floated, and articles can be published in subsequent issues.

White Paper

The deadline is 30 December 2021 for contributors.

Next Season

Tax Consultancy (Lion917, TaxPanda): Cryptobushi will be preparing the TaxPunk which will be used to access the tax report prepared by the guild. Proposal will be posted next week.

Digital Nomad Project (JengaJojo): The general flow of the project is:

Initial research on a few jurisdictions.

In-depth research on a few options which people can also further get consultancy and advice.

Preparation of Final Report

Consultancy (Omen): They have spoken to US-based lawyers (ethowl has already reached out). They are looking for US-based lawyers to set up an entity and take care of the agreements. Basically, bankless is coming up with a proper consultancy project which works all over the world. He aims to set up the entity by 15th January 2022.

News from Guild

Legal Guild will have a 75K coordinape round at the end of the season.

A legal podcast is also an idea that is in the works. Hence, there might be a proposal coming soon. There is enthusiasm in the guild.

Payments will be made tomorrow to the contributors.

Lion917 and Eagle have come up with a special POAP to thank the contributors. Lion917 will make the POAP link on 24 December 2022. All guild members will get access to the POAP.
