We need to update our grants proposal template to include more information about grants that are specific to projects.  Currently the one in use was written 6 months ago and is more geared towards governance proposals.

Things to think about:

revenue sharing ideas/commitments (not profit - this is a request from treasury)

gate votes on discord

KPIs + guidance

We also need to figure out a way to gate grant polls to ensure only members are voting on them.  That probably means:

create a method to run forum polls on Discord, gated for members only

update the grants proposal template to include this
