Our Priority Workshops are Kanban Meetings where we discuss, develop plans, and commit to action items. All ACTIVE guild members are invited to attend the priority meetings.
Our Bi-Weekly Check-ins (syncs) are update meetings from role holders and any research project updates. Bi-weekly Check-Ins have an open invitation to all bDAO members to attend and to contribute to the building of the Agenda by providing written or verbal updates on research needs, opportunities, and projects.

The meeting started off.
North wind pod update-
Mc Eal gave an update on what's happening in the North wind pod between him and Ernest and the coordinape. And asked that everyone interested to know about it should wait after the meeting for the Governance meeting.
Ernest asked a question- did anybody not understand that the activeness of the members on dework is what qualifies one for the coordinape?
Mc eal answered that he has seen new members completing tasks on the Dework and thinks that it's not understandable to him that Role holders should also do the same since they're the ones approving the tasks for the new joiners and they have been there also,as a part of the people that onboarded a lot of the new joiners. He also demanded that nothing about the issue should be carried on through the meeting but should come after the meeting in the Governance meeting.
Latsan
said since what the guild agreed should be a mode of qualification is what has been done then being a role holder does not qualify you to join the coordinape.
Oluwasijibomi said this task thing has been misunderstood. The framework did not specifically say that role holders will automatically will qualify for the coordinape. But come to think of it, the role holders are the ones approving the Dework activities going on in the guild. He suggested that the framework should be relaxed and all the people that signed up for the coordinape be added at least for this first month. Then the framework should be added on the sesh poll to be voted in and can be used from the coming month because he thinks it was not voted in.
Latsan cleared the air that the framework was voted in. And made it clear that anybody that didn't follow through the process has failed to follow what the Framework has said.
Infinitehomie said the reason the Dework process has been adopted was for more clarity most especially on the part of the role holders that might be relaxing and are expecting to get more on the coordinape because they're role holders. But it is a priority to check activities of every member. She also asked for a way to resolve the ongoing issue about the coordinape?

Replied that he will create a poll of yes or no if the role holders that didn't complete their task will get the coordinape or not. And if the poll ended a no then they won't get any payment from the coordinape.
Ernest
said about the Independence of a guild practitioner. When you become a practitioner you are less independent from the role holders as you have grown up to be an adult. As a steward you're almost free and so it is for other levels but the goal is to become independent and fully a contributor to the guild. Being a role holder does not qualify you to the coordinape but when you're being active in the dework activities, that is what shows that you're a full practitioner.
