🧠 What are MMM-Raids all about?

The purpose of the MMM Workstream is to communicate what GitcoinDAO is up to, with two objectives. One, to hold GitcoinDAO accountable to its mission. And two, to inspire more people to get involved funding public goods. MMM sponsors many initiatives towards those goals. 

Are you interested in leading an MMM initiative? Start a Project!

A Raid is a person or group of people teaming up to tackle an initiative. Raids have a Raid Leader who is responsible for requesting a budget, choosing their teammates, accounting for the Raid's funds, and completing the initiative.

There are two categories of projects:
🐇 Flash Raid - One-off projects with a defined delivery, for example creating merch or a video for an upcoming grants round.
🐢 Perpetual Raid - Ongoing projects, for example managing GitcoinDAO Twitter and hosting weekly design sessions.

🧙‍♀️ Raid Lead: 

Proposes a Raid to the MMM Workstream via this Typeform.

The Raid Lead is responsible for all aspects of the Project, including, choosing the team, holding Project funds and accounting, reporting, and deliverables.

Reports Raid actions, accomplishments, challenges in writing using this Typeform, and at MMM weekly meeting.

👨🏼‍🎨 Raid contributor: 

Writers, designers, video producers, musicians, social managers, community managers, etc.

Teams up to complete Raid!

Moonshot Collective Comms Raid

This is a proposal for an ongoing (3month) Raid for comms for Moonshot Collective. Our general goals are to: 1. Catalogue the projects being worked on, the successes and failures to hold ourselves accountable to DAO members, Stewards, and the greater community. (More transparency and accountability). This gives MC (and MMM) support when asking for future budgets. 2. Showcase MC projects to the world, to inspire people to want to participate in MC, the DAO, and funding public goods in general. (More participants)
