- This is a chicken and egg problem. The Governance Dept requires a lot of work (crutIal for the DAO) Working on hard stuff that people have been working for a while - things that no one is willing to do.

Governance Department only entity controling governance?, (see sprinkles comment). Role of the GC within this new setup? What does "ensure" (see forum proposal) mean (loudest voice, pester power)? For this reason I would have preferred, before we go for a fullblown department, a preparatory stage as a kind of preparatory "project" during which an agenda and setup and mandate of this new entity could be defined in a Notion page for everyone to review e.g.. And this project should be aligned with an entity and not floating around. This entity to align with could also be the GC.
