This proposal passed, and Joe can drive next steps (which includes working with core team whether they want to combine it to 1 event, and working with each stream to design it how they want it)
Proposal
  • Proposal 4 - Set up a weekly DAO update event like the core team has [Joe]
    • Each Initiative lead can give a brief update on their accomplishments and what they are working on
      • Example - MMM has the Events Lead, Design Lead, etc. FDD has Anti-Sybil, Policy, Eval Squads, Research. and so on
      • Suggest using Airmeet - Streams to youtube easily. Allows for breakout tables. Emoji reactions. Easily bring people up to stage. Chat. Questions feature with upvoting.
      • Potentially combine with core team on Tuesdays. Core team presents 10:30-11:15. DAO 11:30-12:15. Hangout after....
      • This would reduce time required in getting DAO updates from 5 different hours of mtgs each week, to one 1 hr mtg regularly scheduled
    • Clarifications
      • Loie: who would be the facilitator? Let's draw straws
