      2. In #writersplayground: Bruvton felt it was really fun, and there should be times to be serious and times to be goofy, but overall it was fun. Ijeblowrider also agreed that it was fun and some were difficult to read.
    4. Writers Cohort: grant - we are on week 2, moving steadily through the cohort, folks should feel free to join in.

  1. Guild Updates
    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson): there have been a lot of new joiners coming in and getting plugged in to projects, driving traffic to twitter and to the new server. New members are encouraged to join the talent management call. The session is not just focused on the writer's guild but the entire DAO, the time remains Tuesday 5pm UTC.
    2. Treasurer (EthHunter):
    3. Governance Coordinator (nonsensetwice): CoolCat - No updates, finished up quorum last week
    4. Education Coordinator (tomahawk): good involvement from non-EPA staff writers last week, Google doc copy of documents will be made available to people with edit access. They won't be able to hold the meeting this week. The current documents being looked at currently is a mess. The document has been disorganised so it needs to be restored. Staff editors interested should help out in making sure it's restored. The doc is in the worducation channel.
    5. Marketing Coordinator (Winverse): we have two forms of content going out this week, today and Thursday. There's been good engagement on the tweets, graphics are being worked on to get more engagements. One content going out next week. Lovety4 who worked on a task in November hasn't been paid, will reach out to EthHunter so he can be paid this month.
  1. Project Updates:

        1. This week looking forward to a new piece by a new author in bDAO.
  1. Discussion
    1. Multisig: In past seasons we've had a 5 or 7 signers in the multi-sig, a combo of role holders and scribes. Now we have all current role holders on the multi-sig. The roles are being clearly defined. The multi-sig will be updated at the beginning of the season. Updating governance document to reflect our current state. Links: The issue with having all role holders on the multi-sig is that there will be no continuity from the past when new role holders come in and that can be a problem. Similar issue happened in the PM guild, we should be careful about how we handle the multi-sig. The multi-sig is a key part of the guild and should not just be refreshed all the time. Anointingthompson1: there can be a lot of disadvantages swapping out old signers. Original signers can be kept alongside role holders. Doesn't support moving it to entirely new signers . Some roles should be on the multi-sig, like accounting.- Links. We should think carefully about who the multi-sig signers are rather than just pass it on to role holders - Trewkat

    2. web3 toolkit: folks should go through the doc and send in feedbacks . A poll will be set up for BANK allocation for the web3 toolkit. It can be shared to other guilds as a website and a PDF so as to get more engagements. It can be posted on twitter, talked about in the CC. Finalise the proposal first, then we can put up a poll for funding. Anyone interested in contributing should DM CoolCat or drop a message in the general channel.
    3. SAFE: poll is closing soon, so folks should head over and vote
      1. poll should pass: once it passes, the transaction results will be posted.
    4. Intention for Season: what do folks want from the writer's guild? Anaphant - got in the writer's guild almost by accident. Like the structure of the guild and keeps them motivated. Will love to have bounties but don't know where to find them.
    5. Trewkat - bounties are in the notion page
    6. get people writing
    7. help people improve writing (what format should the tools be and what template should they be in and they should also have a cohesive format that newcomers can easily understand)
    8. Guild provides intraDAO writing services
