  1. Discussion on newsletter:
    1. The grants committee had a discussion about funding the Newsletter. The consensus was that the sponsorship money must be devoted to the central treasury to show revenue. Hence, the Payout to contributors would just be in Bank. It was proposed that 120k bank will be proposed as the budget for the newsletter.
    2. Rotorless will be attending Tuesday’s grants committee meeting with respect to passing the proposal regarding the newsletter.
    3. LexDao and LexPunkArmy are also appearing in the newsletter. This way Law related DAOs can advertise.
    4. There will be summarised articles mentioned in the newsletter. Schwarze Katze will condensing the articles.
    5. TaxPanda has finished the first draft of the article. This has been sent to Bauhass.
    6. LarryFlorio will summarise by Wednesday his work with respect to a legal form he recently prepared.
    7. hiro will be editing the newsletter. He will also be helping with the newsletter art.
  1. Relationship with writer's guild: It was discussed that we should strive to strike a balance with respect to the legal expertise we bring in and the remuneration. Hence, the legal guild was aligned that the writer’s guild can help briefly with copy editing. It was agreed that the writing, content and token distribution must remain with the legal guild.
  1. Entity for Bankless DAO: Makers DAO issue with respect to incorporating was covered as well. Eagle wants the legal guild to come up with a proposal.
  1. The marketing of DAO should be in line with the marketing of other investment products. It was proposed that the Legal Guild should come up with general Dos and Do Nots. False or wrong marketing can make the members liable as a general partnership as we are not registered as a company (stated by LarryFlorio). Rotorless and Eagle discussed the veracity of risk with respect to unincorporated DAOs.
