- Budget for DL in Season 5 (there are three deputy editor roles); budget for 8 articles per issue
- DL could have a seperate channel for DL-related communication (it’s just a possibility)

Legal wrapper project:
- Project leaders are looking at different entities; volunteers can still join the project as contributors
- Lawpanda has done an overview of diffiferent entities (mainly European)
- Association foundation (Switzerland), German options, no-entity approach - possible topics to be discussed in the report
