My observations on the Intro to PM lesson whose link is above:
  • A little spelling error in the first knowledge check section.
  • "Steps of a Process Management Cycle
Design - Collect data, a workflow to process it Identify who is responsible for each task in the workflow." This doesn't look clear and probably should be rephrased.
  • Under the common collaboration platform slide, it seems some examples of commonly used social media platforms were omitted. Also on the reorganizing teams section, the examples of credentialing integrations and platforms are not included.
  • First line in the customer relationship manager slide could be rephrased better to make it more understandable and clear.
Asides these, and a few other spelling errors noticed I feel It is a detailed draft and it covers key aspects of web 3 PM.
 
The Web3 PM - Intro to Process Management lesson looks great and i don't have any complaints
