This ticket it implement Hotjar on USM (or with in plugin) to collect user feedback like where most users are clicking, which components are getting the most attention, and which components are lacking to allow us to create a more intuitive and user-friendly product. Hotjar is meant to compliment analytics in our case by heat-maps.
