Before founding Argyle in 2018 Shmulik Co-Founded STRATIM in 2014, where he acted as the Chief Operating Officer and board member.
STRATIM raised over $40M in venture funding and successfully exited in 2018 to NYSE listed KAR Auction Services. STRATIM built software that automated the operations of large-scale vehicle fleets across the United States and Canada for clients such as General Motors, Enterprise Rental Car, and Zipcar.
Prior to STRATIM, Fishman worked at Adap.tv, an online video advertising marketplace now owned by Verizon. At Adap.tv, Fishman reported to Tim Morse, the company's Chief Financial Officer. Shmulik was part of the S1 team to take Adap.tv public and was also responsible for revenue forecasting having built the company's first service to fuse together sales orders, payments, and marketplace data to generate a competitive view of the companies health.
Shmulik has an undergraduate degree from Hampshire College where he studied philosophy and finance and a baccalaureate degree in business from Columbia University In addition to being a published author for his book title Fiction of Value.
