    • Focus more on the people who are already approved
    • A checklist/toolkit for people who want to start actively contributing
    • FAQs for Contributors to be filled up but the goal is simplicity

  • Update status + next steps
    • Our priority is Homepage and Workstream pages, a simple infrastructure for meeting notes,
    • Vishnu is creating the structure, the implementations will come after agreement on the structure,
    • We will not delete anything for now, and we will slowly hide old pages once the new pages are created,
    • Use the same template for the workstreams for the Stewards Page as well,

    • Follow up on the calendar, (external and internal facing)

    • Aragon eg has a very clear manifesto + values
    • Values/interpersonal conduct is what attracted Renee to indexcoop & aragon
    • Utility of having a mission to the DAO; contributors can agree on a contract of their engagement to the GitcoinDAO

  • Ambassador program update
    • Renee thought it is early for the Ambassador Program at the beginning but a need of contributor support
    • Though, the need for the people from all levels of the DAO to have an understanding of the GitcoinDAO to be able to engage, create content, and add value
    • There's a need for a Toolkit for active contributors, and
    • For people who wants to become active contributors
    • It is early for an external ambassador program, internally agreed

    • defining roles and how to interact with each other
    • roles feedback process (performance review that could be P2P)
      • The feedback process could be preventative medicine for conflict,
 
ACTION STEPS:
  • Add Renee to the onboarding & community xp chat (kris-done)
  • Archive the ambassador channel, as the initiative will be integrated in everything already happening under community xp + onboarding (kris)
  • Starting a google document, put on the Notion, Linh + Renee to work on filling up the FAQ for Contributors,
  • Mission Handbook by the MMM + PG to be brought to the Com. Exp. call to not double work
  • Kris and Alp and Fred to help Loie on the Feedback Process (Kyle as well)
