  • Azeem; Juanna
  • ecosystem rounds:
    • Polygon would launch supplement to their native grants program & run that / those bounties through Gitcoin
    • Azeem wanted to do a web3 music round
    • handle sybil resistance through Gitcoin Passport
  • Gitcoin done a great job from developer perspective but hasn’t done as much from cultural impact
  • Allo Protocol
    • Grant Stack - 3 prongs:
      • builders: creators on Decent opting in to be part of this (true across Gitcoin)
      • program managers (would be Decent): see all applications that have come in
      • explorer: where the funders go (we’d probably want to build this fairly custom)
    • launch for mid April post audit
    • could get us docs end of the month
  • they’re also talking to Nouns & Bankless about this — our use case fits what they’re trying to do really well
 
  • could we have people be able to submit to “creator grants” via Gitcoin as well
    • would end up needing the community to vote on adding a “Creator round” → totally plausible but probably later down the line after the community understands it
    • they have a heavy builder community so those folks are really trying to run zk rounds at the moment
  • we can get access to co-marketing if we’re a featured round
  • they’re putting together the “Allo Grants Program” — probably a couple months before this is available
 
Next Steps:
  • Get docs for allo protocol
  • See about being a featured creator round
