How to upload DeWork bounty

Dework is the onchain place where the Marketing guild uploads bounties for social media asset creation and also for other activities.

The format to upload the task name is “ Topic name - Type of asset / work (Social media platform) Eg: “ Regulated DeFi - Copywriting (LinkedIn)

Permissions will always be set to “ Open to submissions “ and only for marketing guild members ( people with the marketing guild tag) where the person trying to claim the bounty will need to upload a link of their past work to show they are qualified for the bounty / experienced. The link could be a google drive link where they have uploaded their past design work or they can share the link of a website or article where their work was published.

The type of skills needed for the bounty will be added based on the type of bounty.

Bounties should only be uploaded once they have been approved by the guild members and role holders and random bounties uploaded on dework by members will be taken down and any work done by a member to full-fill the bounty will not be reimbursed by the marketing guild.

Social media Bounty upload by the Content manager

The content manager will be uploading bounties of the social media topics on dework ,which were approved by the soft consensus in the guild.

In the reviewers part the content manager will add the social media coordinator and content manager’s name for reviewing the bounty once the assignee has completed.

In case of a campaign , the campaign lead can also be added as a reviewer with the social media coordinator and content manager.

The due date for the bounty must be set by the content manager based on the content calendar planned by the social media team.

In the description part, the content manager will need to upload the bounty in the following manner.

The “DELIVERABLE” part need not be the same and can be changed based on the need/ type of asset being created.

The content manager will need to check every application submitted and choose one person without any bias and give them a chance to prove their talent.

Once the bounty is assigned to a person the task will be moved from TO DO to IN PROGRESS.

Once the asset is ready the assignee will share it across on the content strategy thread and once approved by the reviewers, the final product/ asset will also be uploaded on dework in the following manner.
