  1. Announcements
    1. New member intro: Tobiac and classicmanie are new to the guild but only tobiac was present for the meeting. He introduced himself as a writer looking to contribute to the WG and upscale his skills and was welcomed by the guild co-ordinator, Hirokennelly.
    2. WG Cohort 3: The cohort coordinator, grant, gave updates and mentioned that articles written by participants are published every wednesday. Meetings are held on thursdays to discuss these topics and members are encouraged to join in the cohort to improve their skills and learn.
    3. Web3 toolkit
      1. First article on the ‘web3’ tool was written by CoolCat and is going through edits with Trewkat. In the next few days (with Trewkat’s blessing) a draft will be posted in the project thread as an article precedent.
      2. Welcome Bruvton! They’ve claimed the ‘Discord’ tool article
  1. Guild Updates
    1. Talent Office (anointingthompson1): Out today, Office Hours tomorrow 5pm UTC, new members should join in.
    2. Treasurer (Austin Foss): The treasurer mentioned that certain bountied project and tasks have had adjustments made to them and payout for February will be going out this week. Some members still do not have their wallet addresses submitted yet and it was raised whether a 4-week or a monthly payment system should be utilized.
    3. Governance Coordinator (CoolCat):
      1. The Remuneration Expiration Proposal met quorum and passed with 12 votes in favour. CoolCat to amend the Writers Guild Governance Framework in Github with the results this week.
      2. Governance topic this week: Membership role tag management https://discord.com/channels/834499078434979890/1060329610912464956
      3. It was also raised if some of the guild’s operations and governance activities should be frequently introduced to the bDAO writer’s server.
      d. Education Coordinator (tomahawk): There will be another Point of Clarity meeting this week by 9pm UTC as the last one was cancelled due to IRL issues from the coordinator.
      e. Marketing Coordinator (WinVerse): He gave updates about newsletters, articles that have been shipped the past week. He also mentioned that a twitter space with the author of the ‘DAO as a self-funded startup’ article although the date for that has not been decided yet. Newsletter, DeFi download and weekly rollup will all go out this week so everyone should engage, read, and watch the video.
      f. Notion Admin (Trewkat): Reminder to do the notion ninja course and to make sure your notion name matches your discord name.

      1. micro-roles: Great work was done by the newsletter micro role handlers and they were encouraged to keep up the good work. Members interested in having long-standing roles for the weekly rollup should join in the newsletter team meeting on Thursday.

        1. Aragon and Gitcoin: Samantha, a member of banklessDAO from Aragon, was reached out to in regards to Aragon’s announcement for DAO operations for which an editorial will be written. Gitcoin is also doing an editorial on their stack to focus more on what’s being done in the space.

        1. DA - Eroticism Comes to the Blockchain with slimesunday
        2. SoD - A Science-Based Approach to Community Building
        3. Rollup - Academics Assist in DAO Role Analysis
