Business Needs Proposal

Business Needs Proposal to expand the reach and awareness of Meet With Wallet while ensuring product efficacy and establishing a strong market presence. (From Ekta)
1. Beta Testing:
Objective: To test the product with a select group of users and gather feedback to enhance the product - onboarding beta users.
Strategies:
  • Select a diverse group of users from different professions, especially those who are involved in remote working and DAOs. We will first focus on RnDAO.
  • Provide them with a detailed guide on using the product and ask for structured feedback.
  • Offer incentives for active participation and valuable insights. I have several ideas for incentives. Discussed them briefly with Parsa.
  • Regularly update the beta group with product improvements and additional test phases.
2. Market Segmentation
Objective: To create a list of market segments for outreach.
Strategies:
  • Identify key stakeholders. DAO members, crypto enthusiasts, remote workers, etc.
  • Segment the audience based on their needs and challenges (refine after analyzing the interviews).
  • Decide and focus on one market segment to validate the product. (Daniel Ospina’s suggestion: this concept is called the spearhead market - a market segment that's easy to capture and allows us to then expand into others).
3. Interviews for Research:
Objective: To gain insights into user expectations and challenges.
Strategies:
  • Conduct interviews with remote workers and DAO members.
  • "customer development” - asking interviewees (potential users) about their challenges, and then coming back 1-2 weeks later with a proposal for a solution and getting validation (formal commitment to use it (Letter of Intent) / pay in advance / actually use the product if current version already works / other)
  • Use these insights to refine the product and marketing strategy.
  • Share interview snippets as testimonials or case studies to build credibility.
4. Cold Outreach:
Objective: To introduce Meet With Wallet to potential users who may not be aware of its existence.
Strategies:
  • Focus on the selected Market Segment.
  • Craft compelling messages highlighting the benefits of decentralized scheduling.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to reach out and provide early access or demos.
5. Personalized Messaging:
Objective: To create a personal connection and engage potential users.
Strategies:
  • Focus on the Market Segment from No. 1.
  • Design tailor-made messages addressing the specific needs of this particular segment.
  • Use automation tools to send these messages but ensure a personal touch.
6. List of Potential Customers:
Objective: To have a ready database for outreach and marketing campaigns.
Strategies:
  • Research and list down organizations, DAOs, and individuals who would benefit from Meet With Wallet.
  • Engage with them through webinars, demos, or introductory offers.
  • Update the list based on engagement and feedback.
7. Investors and grant programs:
Objective: To secure funding for scaling operations and marketing efforts.
Strategies:
  • Create a compelling pitch deck highlighting the vision, solution, and potential of Meet With Wallet.
  • Identify and reach out to investors who have a keen interest in the web3 space.
  • Attend web3, DAO and crypto-focused events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential investors.

By implementing the above strategies, we can ensure a robust market presence and drive adoption.
