about this doc:
ā€œI’ve noticed that people in various DAOs are wasting a criminal amount of time in useless meetings. This is freaking me out. A lot of faffing around, little gets done and much time gets wasted.ā€ - Antoine, early RnDAO contributor

For us, the Meeting #2 is what we refer to as a workshop:
  • a session that’s been planned (the necessary steps to achieve the outcome have been thought about and organised to then take the team through them).
  • the objective is clear and agreed before the session (if not, then the workshop should be about defining objectives)
  • There’s a designated facilitator who moderates and steers the conversation towards achiving the objective.
  • And there's a note-taker who can share a summary for those who couldn't attend
