We believe the keys to rolling out eduDAO successfully involves instituting a bootstrapped approach to enacting change in education, which incorporates a fully collaborative ecosystem with a number of other organizations. Our approach entails a funding platform (eduDAO), local meetups, hack events, and storytelling.

The success of eduDAO specifically involves: slow roll-out and governance, having a team with a great diversity in experience, connections with in-person groups to build the necessary communities ensuring that the right problems are being highlighted and addressed, and empowering groups of volunteers to help arrange and coordinate the community.
