Jay Rush - Ostroms Principles, running his own node, community data policy improvements
Jay runs his own ethereum node and is building an interface like a block explorer for grants data.
We are opening ourselves up to a very easy attack for not having the data accesisble to the community.
We should know how open the data already is
Understand - What is open and available?
Determine - What shouldn't be available (such as IP)?
Discuss - What is and isn't available and why (Join the gov forum)
Remediate - What is available and we didn't want it to be? Accidentally open & accidentally closed
What could we do to be making the right steps?
"I love when kevin says "I don't want to be the king. I don't want to be the arbiter."
Make more pointers to where the data is and what can be done with it. Both off-chain & on-chain.
Make the list of what types of data are there. Point to trublocks as a source of on-chain
Grant mini rounds with stronger resistance to irrrelavant grants. Maybe the stewards accept 20 infrastructure for grants support .
The process IS convincing people to collude.
