We need an efficient and flexible way to request, approve, disperse, and account for funds for MMM initiatives. And we need to make sure our talented people get paid for the great work they do! Reference Link

How to implement:
1. Decide "who" decides whether or not to fund a Raid (could be workstream Stewards Fred, Brit, Scott +2 additional members) I recommend erring on the side of less bureaucracy . 2. Decide where we put the written Raid proposal and written report upon completion of the Raid.
