jenga: I am not in favor of writing blank cheques to anyone. If we go by this defination according to WTF is a guild post: “Guilds are responsible for attracting, retaining, and upskilling talent, and nothing else.” My follow up questions is “attracting, retaining, and upskilling talent” for whom? If the answer is 

For the great crypto ecosystem

Then pushback on this because the great ecosystem does not benefit BANK holder or drive value to BANK. Unless this is fixed, we’ll perpetually loose value

b. For bDAO projects

Then why not let perpetually running projects like academy, imn tell us which guilds they are actually using. This way we can proportionally allocate BANK based on Guild usage.

this will incentivize guilds who don’t have any projects needing them to start projects for their own survival and allocate funds in a more effective way in bDAO based on resource usage.
