The Power of Twitter
Since we have taken the time to write our content for Substack, I want to encourage everyone to try tweeting the same writing.
Why Twitter?
Twitter facilitates new relationships based on common ideas and interests.
You can craft your Twitter universe to be specific to your interests and goals.
Your existing social networks are crowded with people that aren’t specific to your future goals.
As we identify our industry and career niche, we can follow people in that industry, connect with them, and build a reputation in our fields.
Especially if you are interested in any sort of tech, investing, business, or forward-looking field, Twitter will have the most upside potential for your writing.
This does not exist on other social networks:
LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook are different in that they connect you with others based on existing relationships.
While activity on these networks enables strengthening of existing relationships, it is far less beneficial professionally.
You’ve done the hard work:
The best part, we’ve already done the hard work. You’ve done the research and written the material.
This is taking the final step and copy/pasting it into a Tweet Thread.
