- Ops Guild Multi-sig holders have officially been elected and they are :

- consolidating info/links in order to streamline the process for S5 ( On-Going )
- I had planned on posting a forum post in the next week or so to gauge community interest on extending seasons ( Super Season )
- What are your thoughts?
- It is Op’s guild’s opinion that we do not see the value in extending the seasons. We universally agree that unless there are outstanding benefits to increasing the season. We would vote on keeping the seasons on a Quarterly basis as is the case IRL
- We will begin looking ahead to S5 and begin early stage planning on 6/21

- Liviuc will take over as bounty for Joer until he returns to resume his role

- The Op’s Guild multi sig election is now over and the 5 Holders have been elected which are Jarlaxle / Rowen / Abv. Joe / Links / iSpeakNerd
- The vote to include the Password Manager (BitWarden) within Op’s budget was approved for about 20-30$ per month. — Links

- Gonna create a Bounty System that is paid out in short term to enable flexible and fast payments
- Q- newcomers come in and work on bounty's is there a means to pay them right away?
- A- Yes, Just have to get the ownership transactions done and new multi sig holders in place to then pay into a wallet the 50k for Cartography bounties / Coordinape

Need to create a process for off-boarding L2’s. For context. It used to not be an issue due to lack of importance, but as we scale, the number of L2’s that DO NOT hold 35K bank increase and they are joining L2 Coordinape Rounds.
- ( we need to make a delineation in between Active L2’s and L2 Alumni. The “L2 Alumni Tag” is to be treated as an honorific and something that is given by the community to acknowledge their contributions, however they do not have to retain 35k bank and will be excluded from Coordinape )
