As a DAO grows to 10, 100, or 1000 people, we want to be able to upgrade or migrate that DAO relatively easily.

An event such as a proposal passing in one DAO triggers an event in another DAO, such as a secondary proposal.

Etherscan field specifically for DAOs, so you can see the flatfile README / "constitution"
