- KPIs for role holders?
- About the on-boarding role: we can establish KPIs for the role holder(s). And you can adjust that with each seasons depending on how much writers you expect or need. The KPI can be this number of people applying to the writing test, they don't necessary have to pass it but just to show interest. Or you can have different KPIs for people just looking for us and KPI for people recruited from other guilds. If you want to make it decentralised, you can make it that everybody with a certain level in the guild can scout and recruit people, and if they reach the KPI they get a certain amount of BANK. If you want it a little more centralised you can have different KPIs for an assigned person and they get more BANK based on the number of people they onboard. These are just my thoughts, and I have been missing considerably on the Gov meeting so I am sorry if I say things that were already said and it's a bit redundant.
