        Dearest Pupils, Scribblers, and Scribes, We have so much happening! The DAO Heat writing portion has come to a close with the design portion heating up-details after the break. And March for Words is coming up with a handsome bonus for submissions that are accepted.

    1. Good Morning News & Writers Guild Collaboration Proposal
      1. It’s an opportunity to write or do voice over on a daily basis
      2. there’s been a few more WG members over in the server
        1. S/O to tomahawk and ap0ll0
      3. Pub’s been working on smart contract tech and it’s phenomenal!!
        1. It’s a news reporting that updates daily
      4. Nonsense thinks all of what GMN is doing on-chain would be perfect for what the WG would like to do on-chain. This is a perfect marriage.
      5. ap0ll0 asked who will be included to receive the GMN subscription?
        1. We have over 400 people with the WG tag but only 69 Scribes. Are we going to include Scribblers as well? Ap0ll0 believes this should be a Scribe perk and only include Scribes.
        2. nonsense believes we should include Scribblers.
        3. A compromise could be to offer the free subscription to scribblers who submit to GMN and get published by GMN
      6. What are the next steps to ratify this proposal?
        1. Jake explained that there really isn’t a formal process worked out. We could def discuss this today on the governance call.
       
    2. Continued SubDAO discussion
      1. We’re already performing as a subDAO, just flying under Bankless Flag
        1. We can still fly the Bankless Flag even if we’re in our own server where we have more freedom and control
        2. we already have a multi-sig
      2. Links, hiro, Sid, and Ap0ll0 all believe that a subDAO is more than just having a multi-sig. It includes a governance token.
        1. Sid expressed that we could have our own governance token for voting and still use BANK for commerce or rewards
        2. Sam thinks a governance token is too much overhead. We would have to supply liquidity right?
        3. nonsense answered that we don’t have to have LP. We can just distribute tokens based on contributions.
        4. Tokenomics would have to be determined before we start trying to start our own governance token
      3. Ap0ll0 asked how we could use BANK for commerce, if we’re not in the DAO server?
        1. Links proposed a token swap.
        2. hiro was concerned about outside entities having governance control
      4. Jake asked if separate servers would hinder communications
        1. nonsense answered it wouldn’t hinder communication. we can still have a presence here in the DAO’s server, but we would ultimately work in a separate server
