Summary:
Daniel introduced me to the Compensation System, hand over his research and material. Proposed to take over it if I want to. In this case the Project will be structured as a Unit, not only Fellowship. To discuss more about the unit thing.
Preparation:
  1. Profit Sharing Network - Circular economy implementation
    1. People fund projects
    2. Everyone in the network gets a part of the profit monthly
    3. Participants vote to pick the next projects to fund, when they do those projects get plugged in the network, therefore share their profirt with their network
  1. Discussed with Lino - too big,
    1. too big
    2. difficult to turn into a venture in the short term
    3. it makes sense to have a focus during the RnDAO fellowship → reward/profit distribution in a DAO.
    4. Then eventually this can grow into the network
  1. Feeling a bit lost in defining problem and solution, as I feel like we haven’t clearly agreed on the research
  1. Waiting for the RnDAOs research
  1. everyone seems way ahead of where I am
  1. distributing token from treasury - security + deluting, burnung might be a better idea
  1. culture - trustless nature of web3 rather than historical societal culture
