Paying in the Stables for the infra cost

Iced: ‘’They’’ can ask for it, and the GC will review the asks.

Links: We need an account on total stables in and outflow to the main treasury.

Ornella: They should ask directly in the stables, no need to hide stable costs in BANK price, to sell it. Need more clarity on the disbursement so we can have a healthy ratio (income/outcome) > 1.

Translators Guild Ananfant:  The membership commitment isn't aligned. The current structure of the guild and the governance isn’t able to support more projects. 
the L1 and tokenomics changes are affecting the sentiments of the guilds. 80% of the funds asked were allocated for the role holders. and only 20% was allocated for projects.  
Links: asked to elaborate more on the  divide in guilds: 
Ornealla: The TG was more structured as an onboarding guild for new joiners, and had fewer translations happening when Ornella was active. should we define the mandate of the TG?
