- HQ wants to be 100% involved
- the DAO needs to come up with a specific ask
- DAO need to be high quality
- HQ wants to pull back brand from many places, but happy to let IMN and Global Events use the brand → tighten the grant approach
- Order of operations
- → get the house in order
- → brand permissioning
- → legal entity?
- Did HQ provide any guidelines around branding? → in general anyone can use BanklessDAO [name] as brand. everything else has some reputational risk
- HQ will most likely not approve new entities
- Will the DAO have any significant benefits by following the previous plan of action
- Gather inputs from CC , Gov meet, other venues on what brings/keeps people here?
- Possible next steps → identify things that work and that which don’t
- focusing on agreeing and upholding ground rules vs picking and choosing winners/loosers
- Possibly retrofunding instead of prefunding
- OP funding model is a good benchmark for improvement
